All comments must be respectful of others and refrain from personal attacks. Comments must be constructive and avoid inflammatory or controversial statements.

• Users must not post anything that is confrontational, vexatious , defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, false, discriminatory or irrelevant, or hate speech, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive
   

• UCA reserves the right to remove any comments that violate these guidelines, and UCA may block or ban users who repeatedly violate this policy.
   

• Comments will be monitored regularly. In the case of vexatious or inflammatory content, UCA may hide, delete, or block the user depending on the severity and context
